Xiaomi’s Mi 5s and Mi 5s Plus have just been launched and the company is gearing up to launch another handset soon. Rumors about Mi Notes successor have long been heard and there is also a possibility of a phablet to be made available soon. Microblogging site Weibo has leaked images of Xiaomi Mi Note 2.
Although the teaser doesn’t offer much but it confirms that the device will have dual cameras on the rear.
The recently launched Mi 5s Plus also features two cameras both of which are centrally located above each other. The sensors of the device’s camera seem to be located in the corner like iPhone 7 Plus.
Mi Note 2 Will Be Built on Snapdragon 821
From what we could gather from the information is that the device will be built on Snapdragon 821 as Xiaomi is already using Qualcomm’s newest version of chipset it can be assumed that the device will follow its footsteps. 6 gigs of RAM with an internal storage between 128 to 256 GB is expected.
The camera on the front is megapixels whereas the rear is a 16-megapixel camera. The display could be anywhere between 5.5″ to 5.7″ with a resolution that maybe 1440 pixels x 2560 pixels. With the powerful specs that it dawns a 4000 mAh battery is expected to come with Mi Note 2.
The Device Could be Unveiled This Month
Going by the reports, the device could be unveiled this month. It is not long that the world will see Mi Note 2. Although there are seems to be some similarities between Mi 5s Pro and Mi Note 2, fans await the new flagship eagerly.
