Make the most of the “delete all” function that is incorporated within the iPad. For security reasons, you can program the tablet to delete all your sensitive data if your password is entered incorrectly 10 times. This is a perfect feature if your tablet has been lost or stolen and you keep extremely confidential details on it.
Be aware of the amount you are spending to purchase apps for your iPad. When you have an iPad, you can run up your iTune’s bill quickly because it contains your credit card information and it only takes a few clicks to buy an app. So, always be aware of how much you are spending so that it doesn’t get out of control.

You can change the default search engine to something besides Google if you wish. Go to the Settings menu, choose Safari and then choose Search Engine. You can then change the default search engine if you desire to do so.
It is not necessary to click on your bookmarks icon to access your favorite websites from your iPad. Simply enable your bookmarks bar on a permanent basis to keep your favorite websites a click away. In Settings, open Safari and select the option to always show the bookmarks bar. Simply turn it on.

Simply go to the Settings tab, go to General, Passcode Lock, and finally Erase Data. Just make sure you don’t forget your passcode!
The same light settings are not necessary when you are in different environments, which is why you are given the option to change that. The normally bright screen can be dimmed by tapping the Home button twice and swiping until you see the brightness setting. This will allow you to manually adjust the brightness to fit your surroundings.
