A new service by Google will enable you to order food from the search results page of the search engine. This move is set to make ordering food that much simpler. When searching for a restaurant, you will also have a ‘place an order’ option right on the results page. Since you don’t need to visit a site to go through the menu and then order, you additionally saving considerable amount of time.
This feature is just rolling out in the US for now and is a result of a collaboration of Google and six food-ordering services. Although that that is a limited number of food-providers, Google would be hoping to grow soon. The service is likely to hit other nations sooner or later too.
