While Apple has just introduced their latest iPad Pro of 10.5 inches and 12.9 inches yesterday at the WWDC Keynote, accessories for it are also debuted along with it. Logitech has released their new Slim Combo case for that new iPad Pro which is featured with a detachable and backlit key. This is a very effective and useful case that is meant to help you do many more tasks rather than just protecting the device.

The cover is meant to protect the case from any accidental drop and scratches while the detachable keyboard can be used in four different modes and these are typing, viewing, FaceTime and reading. The keyboard is designed to offer a comfortable type feeling while users can remove the keyboard easily for sketching something with the Apple Pencil.

This Slim Combo case is featured with a backlit key that is powered by the Apple Smart connector on iPad Pro. So, it eliminates the need of having any battery. It also has a row of dedicated function keys such as Home, keyboard brightness, screen brightness, volume control, media control, lock screen toggle etc. that let you accomplish any task in just second.

The protective case again contains a built-in hold for the Apple pencil, so you can put the Stylus pen there in need. The kickstand at the back can be tilted up to 50 degrees while the exterior of the Slim Combo case is wipeable and spill resistant. Here is a guide on how to set up the Slim Combo case:

  • First click the iPad Pro into the Holder, start with the left corner and then the top right.
  • Next, open the kickstand at the back and set the iPad Pro in it at a perfect angle.
  • The keyboard is to be attached then. There is three connector pin in the keyboard which is to be inserted into the connector ports of the iPad Pro. That’s it.
