In one of the leaks this week it was seen that the curved Infinity Displays of Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus have been made narrower, edgier and sharper by the company. They also have smaller bezels.
The official launch of Galaxy Note 8 is just about a month from now. Press from across the globe have been invited by the company which is to take place on August 23, 2017, in New York City at 11:00 am. Not only would Note 8 be launched but there are signs when phone may also be available for purchase.
Mobile Chief for Samsung DJ Koh in one of the meetings with the journalists of Taiwan mentioned that the Note 8 would be launched towards the end of August and will be sold in two waves beginning in September.
OnePlus 5 seems to be troubling its users who have been trying to connect to 911 and 999 in the United States and the United Kingdom respectively. There seems to be a problem when emergency numbers are being dialed as the handsets seem to reboot when these numbers are dialed. Circuit said that they had already started to roll the software update to fix the issue however, there could be a difference in the timing depending on the region. The OnePlus 5 users have been requested to update their smartphones. In case someone has missed a notification they can go to Settings > System Updates and complete the process.
HMD Global saw their first handset Nokia 3 go on sale in the United Kingdom. Also afloat on the internet are the leaked images of Nokia 8 the smartphone seems to have a dual camera system on the rear while it would be powered by Qualcomm’s SnapDragon 835 with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
