The redesign issue

Numerous leaks have already revealed about the design part of Apple iPhone. The cut-out top bezel on this device is no doubt a great step but this is what put a limitation on the color variants.

While the iPhone is mainly available at main six color variants such as black, jet black, red, gold and rose gold, iPhone 8 will be restricted to only three colors. We are not very sure about those three color variants but it is confirmed that rose gold will not be included in the availability list.

The supply Chain issue

The next major issue is said to be faced by Apple is the supply chain issue. Yes, Apple has used the OLED display in iPhone 8 and according to the forecast of Ming-Chi Kuo from KGI Securities, there will be huge supply deficit in this OLED version at the launch.

The supply deficit will last till the first Quarter of 2018 in case the demand remain really too strong. Even though Apple devices are priced bit heavily but it cannot refrain users from stretching their hands towards the iPhone and other Apple devices.

Despite attaching a heavy price tag, Apple has sold around 41 million iPhone in the Q3, 2017 while the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus have contributed to 25 million in that number. So, it indicates that Apple is definitely supposed to face massive supply deficit of the iPhone 8.
