Apple just delivered an enormous upgrade to clients with the arrival of iOS 8.3 last week, now its giving developers a sneak peak of its forthcoming update of the Music application with iOS 8.4 beta 1.
The new iOS 8.4 beta is accessible now in the iOS Dev Center and includes new Music application with an all-new design that makes exploring your music collection “easier and more fun.”

Music application has a beautiful new design that makes exploring your music collection easier and more fun. Customize playlists by including your own picture and description. Enjoy shocking photos of your most loved artists in the Artists view. Begin playing a collection right from the album list. The music you love is never more than a tap away.
Albums and playlists you’ve recently added added are now at the top of your library, making it smooth to find something new to play. Simply tap play on the artwork to listen.
Streamlined iTunes Radio
Finding music with iTunes Radio is easier than ever. You can now quickly return to your most loved stations in Recently Played. Choose from a hand-curated stations in Featured Stations, or begin another one from your most loved artist or song.
With the new MiniPlayer, you can see what’s playing and control playback while browsing your music collection. To open Now Playing, simply tap on the MiniPlayer.
Enhanced Now Playing
Now Playing has a stunning new design that showcases your album artwork the way it was intended to be. Furthermore, you can start wirelessly streaming your music using AirPlay without leaving Now Playing.
It’s now easy to find out which songs from your library will play next — simply tap the Up Next icon in Now Playing. You can even reorder, add, or skip songs whenever you like.
You can now search from anywhere in the Music application — simply tap the magnifying glass. Search results are conveniently organized to help you quickly find that perfect song. You can even begin an iTunes Radio station right from Search.
