This Chromebook is lightweight just perfect for the students and business travelers. The device will have a starting price of $189 while the one with the touch screen will cost you $269. The model is all set hit the market in coming October.
Chromebook 11 G5 Will Provide a Great Amount of 12.5-Hour Battery Life
This budget friendly device will sport a slimmed down design with the narrow display bezel and it will also have thinner and lighter dimension compared to its predecessor. Chromebook 11 G5 will provide a great amount of 12.5-hour battery life while the one with the touch screen will have slightly less battery life, 11 hours at the same benchmark.
This is HP’s first 11.6 inches diagonal Chromebook to offer a touch screen. When it comes to specifications, the model will run on Intel Celeron N3060 processor inside, the HD IPD touch-screen will be protected with Corning Gorilla Glass NBT and it will weigh just 2.51 pounds that make it easy to carry everywhere. It will also include a smooth curve keyboard design which makes wiping out the dust easier.
While the demand for Chromebook in the educational field continues to grow, as per Anna Wu, the HP’s product manager for Chromebook, there are several android apps which are touch centric and provide more versatile learning experiences in the classroom.
