So, Google has already added an option to turn off the Conversation View feature in the web. But, it was due on the smartphone. And now, the option to turn off ‘Conversation View‘ feature in the iOS and Android is available.
Conversation View is definitely a great feature in the Gmail that allowed users to better handle the emails. Emails grouping works wonder to help us keep track of the necessary emails. Here is how to disable the Conversation View feature in Gmail
There are two ways to turn off the feature in iOS and Android.
First, you can do it through the web Gmail. For example, just turn off the conversation View feature in the web. And this feature will be automatically turned off in your mobile as well.
Secondly, you can do it directly from your Android or iOS phone.
- To do so, open the app first on your phone.
- Tap on the top left menu icon.
- Go to Settings > General settings
- Now, you will see the Conversation View tab under this section. Just, tap on it to disable the feature. That’s it.
Google has already started rolling out the new update. So, this option will be available to all the Android and iOS users by next 15 days.
