Samsung has already started shipping their Galaxy Note 7 in the US but sadly, if you are one of them to pre-order a blue coral or silver color option, the delivery will be delayed by weeks. Yes, those colors are too high in demand that people need to wait few weeks to get their hand on the device.
This is not the first time Samsung is facing such situation due to unprecedented demand rather the same condition was created when Galaxy S6 and S6 edge was unveiled last year. Galaxy S6 Edge ditched the plastic back panel and came along with metallic and glass construction while the dual curve edge display too was amazing. And all these uniqueness helped the device to bag Best new handset, tablet or device award in the Mobile World Congress placed on 2015.
With the Galaxy Note 7 blue coral and silver options being a shortage in supply proves the popularity of these two colors options and according to Samsung those who have pre-ordered the device will have to wait for more three-four weeks to get the delivery.
The company has issued a statement for this delay and stated that they are very excited to begin fulfilling the pre-orders from 19th August but they have faced an unprecedented demand and will work with their valued carriers and retail partners to provide wide-reaching of the devices over the coming weeks.
Apart from Samsung, there are other companies as well that have gone through the same situation. For example, Apple when introduced their iPhone 5s in 2013 in a new gold color, they faced huge shortage based on that colors.
So, if you too have pre-ordered a Galaxy Note 7 in the said colors, then wait for few more days to get the real taste of the device.
